Plain-language summary

UNNO may process basic gameplay, device, multiplayer, advertising, and support information so the game can run, stay secure, improve, and provide optional rewards. We do not ask for your payment-card details through the game.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the UNNO mobile game, related online multiplayer services, and the UNNO website. In this policy, “UNNO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and operator of the game.

By using UNNO, you acknowledge that information may be handled as described below. The exact information processed can depend on the device, operating system, game version, permissions, region, consent choices, and features you use.

2. Information we may process

Information you provide

  • A display name, player nickname, avatar selection, or profile preferences.
  • Private room codes or other information used to join multiplayer matches.
  • Messages and attachments you voluntarily send to customer support.
  • Feedback, bug reports, survey answers, or other communications.

Gameplay and account-related information

  • Scores, match history, wins, losses, coins, rewards, and progression.
  • Game settings, selected modes, card-theme choices, and language preferences.
  • Online room activity, player identifiers, connection events, and anti-abuse signals.

Device and technical information

  • Device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and time zone.
  • IP address, approximate region derived from network information, and connection type.
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, performance information, and error reports.
  • Advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers where permitted by law and your settings.

Information we do not intentionally request

UNNO does not intentionally request your precise GPS location, address book, personal photos, microphone recordings, government identification, or payment-card details as part of normal gameplay. Device stores or third-party payment providers may process purchase information under their own terms when purchases are offered.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • Provide offline, local LAN, public-room, private-room, and quick-match features.
  • Save game progress, scores, rewards, settings, and profile choices.
  • Operate matchmaking, room codes, connection handling, and game synchronization.
  • Detect cheating, fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures.
  • Measure performance, understand feature usage, fix bugs, and improve the game.
  • Display advertising and provide optional rewarded-ad bonuses where enabled.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable rules.

4. Multiplayer and social features

When you use multiplayer features, your display name, avatar, game status, card count, score, and other gameplay information may be visible to other players in the same room. Public-room information may also appear in a room browser.

Do not use your real full name, phone number, address, school name, email address, or other sensitive information as your public display name. Private room codes should be shared only with people you intend to invite.

5. Advertising and optional rewarded ads

UNNO may show advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits after you choose to watch them. Advertising providers may process device, network, consent, interaction, and advertising-identifier information to deliver, limit, measure, and protect ads.

Depending on your region and age settings, you may be asked for consent before personalized advertising is used. You can usually update advertising choices through the game’s privacy options, your device settings, or the consent message shown in the app. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad should not prevent access to the game’s core play modes.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate UNNO, such as hosting, multiplayer networking, analytics, crash reporting, security, customer support, advertising, and app-distribution providers.

These providers process information according to their own privacy notices and contractual responsibilities. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, defend legal claims, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the game, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of information and the service involved.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no online service, wireless network, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

UNNO is designed as a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in their country, without appropriate authorization where required.

Parents or guardians who believe a child submitted personal information can contact us at sandipvai4456@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information connected to you.
  • Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
  • Request deletion or restriction of certain processing.
  • Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
  • Request data portability where applicable.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings, decline optional rewarded ads, avoid public multiplayer rooms, or remove the app. To submit a privacy request, email us and provide enough information to identify the relevant game profile or support conversation. We may need to verify the request.

10. International processing

UNNO and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to UNNO, legal requirements, or service providers. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced in the game or on the website.
